Meet the Artist
Hi, I'm Sheyda, the artist behind Graphusion.
I grew up in a warm, creative family in Iran, where my love for art began at an early age. I was always drawing, painting and creating, which naturally led me to study Graphic Design and Interior Design.
Early in my career, I worked in the creative industries, including graphic and interior design, where I developed an appreciation for composition, colour, balance, and how thoughtful design can transform a space. Those experiences continue to influence the way I approach my artwork today.
In 2009, I moved to Melbourne, Australia, where I built a career in project and portfolio management. While my professional life is centred around strategy, structure and delivering complex projects, creativity has always remained an essential part of who I am.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me painting, experimenting with new ideas, making pottery, woodworking or working on another creative project. I love exploring different materials, styles and techniques, and I rarely stick to just one medium. Creating is simply how I recharge.
Why Graphusion
Graphusion was born from a simple idea: that art should bring personality, warmth and joy into everyday spaces.
The name Graphusion combines Graphic and Fusion. To me, it represents artwork that blends creativity with simplicity—pieces that are visually balanced, easy to connect with and effortless to live with. Art doesn't have to be loud or complicated to make an impact. Sometimes the most meaningful pieces are the ones that quietly become part of your everyday life.
I also wanted to make original art more accessible. Not everyone can invest in a large, one-of-a-kind painting, but that shouldn't mean missing out on owning something created by a real artist.
That's why many of my collections are made to order. Rather than purchasing a mass-produced print, you receive an original, hand-painted artwork created especially for you. Many pieces can also be personalised with your choice of colours, wording or small customisations, allowing you to own something unique that reflects your style while remaining affordable.
Whether it's an original painting or a made-to-order piece, every artwork is painted by hand with care, attention to detail and a genuine love for the creative process.
